SUE ROVENS


Sue Rovens an indie suspense/horror writer and published author. Her first book of short horror stories came out in 2012 and her first novel, Badfish, followed in 2015. Track 9, novel #2 made its debut in 2017, and 2019 saw number three, Buried, come to life. Track 9 snagged a starred review in Publisher's Weekly (May 2018), and one of her short stories from her book, In a Corner, Darkly (Volume 1) was turned into a screenplay and short student indie film at SIU-C.

Sue manages a blog, which includes interviews with authors, musicians, podcasters, and artists, and most recently, she signed on as an Executive Producer for an indie (short) horror film, which is currently in production called "Let's Do Things that Make Us Happy". Her fourth novel, Rage, should be out sometime in 2021. 

Aside from writing, Sue also spends time running, lifting weights, learning French horn, and hanging out with her husband, Charlie Edwards.
